The Uchida-Kraepelin Performance Test is designed to evaluate work behavior by providing a thorough analysis of the individual’s abilities as well as their personality and behavioral traits. This is achieved through the results of a straightforward one-digit addition task, offering valuable insights into the examinee's work-related characteristics.

Why not a web-based test?

The test requires the examinee to continuously perform simple number additions on paper, which keeps the brain actively engaged and induces physical stress over time. This process helps reveal the response patterns of each individual, uncovering behavioral traits and characteristics that the examinee may not be consciously aware of.

No influence by language
