To measure work behaviour
The Uchida-Kraepelin Performance Test is designed to evaluate work behavior by providing a thorough analysis of the individual’s abilities as well as their personality and behavioral traits. Why not a web-based test?
The test requires the examinee to continuously perform simple number additions on paper, which keeps the brain actively engaged and induces physical stress over time. No influence by language
